Ruth Alexandor is an accredited leadership coach and coach supervisor — and a co-creator of possibilities. With 3,500+ coaching hours across 250+ leaders, she holds the Master Certified Coach credential — earned by less than 4% of coaches worldwide — and is an accredited Coach Supervisor with the International Coaching Federation.
Her supervision practice offers coaches a confidential, reflective space to examine their patterns, presence and ongoing development. Her leadership coaching partners with leaders navigating the complexities of leading people — executive presence, relationship dynamics, organizational transitions and the personal growth that comes from leading with authenticity.
